We can all appreciate the convenience and safety that comes with shopping online, but for some people certain products need to be seen in person. You can now schedule a personal shopping appointment with a member of our sales team and they can assist you with your needs in-store. Please call your nearest Creative Playthings showroom and we'll figure out a time that works for you!
CURBSIDE PICKUP
For things like swings, slides and play accessories, there is no need to come in the store. Just order over the phone and we’ll notify you when your items are available for pickup. When you arrive, call us once more and one of our associates will bring your order and receipt out for you.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
To keep our customers and sales associates safe throughout our stores, we practice proper social distancing of at least 6 feet apart at all times.
PROTECTING EACH OTHER
We are requiring all sales associates and customers to wear masks while in the store. We are complying with all applicable mask rules, which vary by local and state governments.
LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH
We know that our showrooms still look like a playground, but for the time being the use of display swing sets is strictly prohibited.
